The challenge

MYP, a community software solution catering to the NDIS, health, aged care, and education sectors, faced a challenge after completing a website migration in 2022.

Despite the successful migration, MYP lacked the essential SEO optimisation required for visibility and lead generation. Their copy lacked SEO integration, crucial elements such as title tags and meta descriptions were absent, and no keyword research had been conducted.

This left them with little presence on Google, a reduction in organic search traffic and a decrease in leads.

The solution

Keyword research was conducted to align the website's content with the actual search terms used by MYP's ideal clients. After conducting a competitor analysis, it was discovered that competitors benefited from established blogs onsite to boost SEO and provide quality content. A new blog was launched, featuring articles informed by keyword research and customer needs.
